Hi guys! I hope you liked last week's
post! Today I'm going to talk about my favorite picture!
This photo has an important and emotional
story attached to it: As you have already known, I am from Ecuador but I live
in Chile since 1999, and during a brief time before moving to Chile, my father
was all by himself in Santiago. It was very hard because he was studying and
working to pay his studies in the Universidad de Santiago de Chile and also he
sent money to my mom for all expenses that involve have three daughters. That
was very sad for my mom, my sisters and me! :’c.
During the time that I was far away of my
dad, with my mom record in a cassette all our stories, when I start to singing
or my sisters count what they do in the school, it was so fun because in the
record heard when my sisters fight. Also we sent a lot of pictures about my
child development, recording our daily lives and telling how much we loved him.
It is one of these pictures, it was taken in 1998 for my mom, and I’m making a “good
angel” face and it represents an important part of my
family’s story <3.
